By making a reservation and renting a boat from our company you confirm that you have read understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The rental agreement is valid for the duration specified in the booking.
- Eligibility and Responsibility
The renter must be at least 18 years old. The person who signs the rental agreement is fully responsible for the boat and all passengers during the rental period. - Fuel Policy
Fuel is not included in the rental price. The customer is responsible for the fuel consumed during the trip and will pay for the exact amount used at the end of the rental. - Boat Delivery and Return
The boat is delivered in good working condition fully equipped and clean. The renter must return the boat at the agreed time and location in the same condition excluding normal wear and tear. Late returns may result in additional charges. - Use of the Boat
The boat must be used only for leisure purposes. Racing towing or commercial use is strictly prohibited unless expressly agreed. The renter must comply with all Greek maritime laws and Port Authority regulations. - Safety
The renter must follow all safety instructions provided during the briefing. Life jackets and safety equipment must be kept on board at all times. The renter is responsible for the safety of all passengers. - Damage and Loss
Any damage loss or mechanical issue must be reported immediately. The renter is liable for damages caused by misuse negligence or violation of the rental terms. Insurance does not cover reckless behavior or illegal use. - Weather Conditions
In case of adverse weather conditions the company reserves the right to modify or cancel the rental for safety reasons. A refund or rescheduling will be offered according to availability and conditions. - Cancellations
Cancellation policies are communicated at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no shows may result in partial or full charge of the rental fee. - Liability
The company is not responsible for personal belongings injuries or accidents resulting from improper use of the boat or failure to follow instructions. - Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek law and any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Greek courts. - Third Party Insurance
The boat is covered by third party insurance in accordance with Greek law. This insurance covers damages or injuries caused to third parties. It does not cover damage to the rented boat, loss of equipment, or personal belongings of the customer. The renter is fully responsible for any damage to the boat caused by misuse, negligence, or violation of maritime regulations. - Early Return and Same Day Cancellation
In case of early return of the boat or cancellation on the same day of the rental, the full daily rental price applies. No refund will be provided for unused time.
